Two friends where hunting with each other and one of the two man collapsed sunddenly. Hei calls 911 on his cell phone. The dispactor says 911 whats your emergency. My friend just collasped, 911 says is he breathing, I'm just a country person, whtat is breathing. 911 lady maybe he has nacrolyepse, Um I don't know that is either. How about I shoot him
